OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUP ERTINO DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE
A SIGN PLAN FOR A SAVINGS AND LOAN TENANT WITHIN
AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING; SAID SIGN PLAN
DEVIATING FROM THE ESTABLISHED SIGN PROGRAM FOR
SAID DEVELOPMENT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. It was the Committee's intent at the time that the sign program
for this building was established (Architectural and Site Approval
Committee Resolution No. 607) that all future tenants would con-
form thereto, and that the current application does not present
sufficient weight of argument to justify deviation from the sign
program standards.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
