RESOLUTION NO. 776
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING AND
LIGHTING AND APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A TWO-
STORY INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Pruneridge Avenue and Tantau Avenue
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the intent of conditions contained in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1792 are consistent with application materials
approved as amended in this resolution.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C and E
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. Pad height for the approved structure shall be set at the minimum necessary
to achieve proper site drainage not to exceed elevation 157.5 ft.
11. Exhibit C shall be revised at the building permit level to include additional
Grevillea Noellii or shrubs of similar characteristics at the east edge of
the west most driveway entry to provide additional visual screening of parking
area.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
