RESOLUTION NO. 771
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
GRADING FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME WITHIN THE
REGNART CANYON HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed -grading plan indicates satisfactory compliance
with grading/building morphology standards contained in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1649.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits C and D of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The subject grading plan is approved in concept; final approval of on -site
grading work shall be subject to staff approval prior to issuance of a grading
permit. The staff may refer any significant revisions to the conceptual
grading plan to the ASAC for review prior to issuance of a grading permit.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupcitiao, State of
