AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUJ?ERTINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 10
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C:CTY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, That the following classification in Section
37 reading as follows:
2. Auctioneer, first day - - - - - - $50.00 per day
Additional for each d~~y that
such auction is condu<;ted
thereafter - - - - - •• - - - - - $25.00 per day
shall be limited to on site, c:Lose out sales of existing
businesses and estates anticip~~tory to dissolution.
Section 2. That there shall be added the following
classification to Ordinance No ,. 10 as follows:
2b. Auctioneer with fixed place of business
within the City and Engaged regularly
in the business of auctioning off goods,
wares and merchandisE~ - - - - - $50.00 per year
or any part

Council of the City of Cupertino on the 2nd day of December,
1957. Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino on the 16th day of December,
1957, by the following vote:
