Ordinance 34ORDINANCE N0. 3~+ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO PERMITTING THE USE OF CIRCULAR DRY WELLS AND HORIZONTAL DRY WELLS UNDER CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; Section 1. Circular Dry Wells and Horizontal Dry Wells may be used for drainage purposes within the- City of Cupertino subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) That they meet the specifications set forth herein and made part hereof as EXHIBIT "A" (b) That they are installed under the direct supervisions and control of the Cupertino Sanitary District. (c) That use of any such well so installed shall terminate at such time as city or area storm drains are available. Section 2. This Ordinance shall in no way be deemed to preclude the requirement of payments or contributions to storm drain funds or bond issues as may hereinafter be passed and adopted, Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage; this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members voting for or against the same, in the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in said County of Santa Clara. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino on the 3rd day of June, 1957.
