Ordinance 32ORDINANCE N0. 32 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY RECLASSIFYING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO FROM AN R-3-H DISTRICT TO A C-1-H DISTRICT. THE CITY C~?U2~CIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on November 8, 1956, an application was filed by Eugene Ravizza for the rezoning of property from an R-3-H District to a C-1-H District; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after two public hearings the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the reclass- ification be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an R-3-H District; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following described property be and hereby is zoned to C-1-H classification and that Exhibit "A" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino; All that certain real property situate in the City of Cu~rtino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the Sunnyvale- Saratoga Road at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 11, as said Road and Lot are shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Tract No. ~F20 Fe-lion Park Subdivision Unit No. 1", which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 1 19+7 in Book 13 of Maps, at Page 12; running thence South 8gb57~ West along the Southerly line of said Tract No. ~F20 a distance of 310.78 feet to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 29, as said Lot is shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Tract No. 58~+ Felton Park Subdivision Unit No. 2", which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on December 20, 1g~+8 in Book 20 of Maps, at Page 52; running thence South along the Easterly line of Lot 2g, 30 and 31 of said Tract No. 58~+ a distance of 21~-.31 feet to an angle corner in the Northerly line of Lot ~l of said Tract No. 584; running thence North 89°55~ East along the Northerly line of Lots ~l, ~-0, 39 and 38 of said Tract No. 584 a distance of 310.52 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 38 on the said Westerly line of the Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road; running thence North 0°04t East along the said last named line 21.13 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and 'pe in force thirty (30) days after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days from and after its passage, this ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members voting for or against the same in the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in said County of Santa Clara. - Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino on the 21st day of January 1957.
