SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.18-2181
NOTICE I5 HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, December 4, 2018, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the second
reading of Ordinance No. 18-2181; "An Ordi-
nance of the Cupertino City Council Adding
Chapter 2.95 to the Cupertino Municipal Code,
Title 2, to Establish the Teen Commission by
Ordinance." Ayes: Sinks, Chang,
Vaidhyanathan. Noes: Paul, Scharf. Abstain:
None. Absent: None. This ordinance was enact-
ed and will go into effect thirty (30) days from
that date. A complete copy is posted in the Of-
fice of the City Clerk. If you wish to challenge
the action of the City Council in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing de-
scribed in this notice, or in written cormspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino City
Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing. IMPOR-
TANT NOTICE: Please be advised that pursuant
to Cupertino Municipal Code 2.08.100 written
communications sent to the Cupertino City
Council, Commissioners or City staff concern-
ing a matter on the agenda are included as
supplemental material to the agendized item.
These written communications are accessible
to the public through the City's website and
kept in packet archives. You are herehy ad-
monished not to include any personal or pri-
