I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. 1 am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
Pnglish language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
pirculation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.
I declare that the notice, of which the annexed is a printed copy,

FIRST READING ORDINANCE No. 18.2182
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, November 20, 2018. the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 18-2182: "An Ordi-
nance of the Cupertino City Council Repealing
Ordinance No. 006 and Amending Chapter 2.08
of the Cupertino Municipal Code Regarding
Adoption of Robert's Rules of Order." Ayes:
Paul, Sinks, Chang, 5charf, and Vaidhyanathan.
Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. The
second reading is scheduled for Tuesday, De-
cember 4, 2018. Council meets at 6:45 p.m.,
Council Chamber, Cupertino Community Hall,
10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California.
Complete copies are posted in the Office of the
City Clerk. All interested parties are invited to
attend and be heard. if you wish to challenge
the action of the City Council in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written corre-
spondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
Cuty Half at, or prior to, the public hearing.
