matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.

circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, November 20, 201B, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 18-2181: "An Ordi-
nance of the Cupertino City Council Adding
Chapter 2.95 to the Cupertino Municipal Cade,
Title 2, to establish the Teen Commission by
Ordinance." Ayes: Paul, Sinks, Chang, Scharf,
and Vaidhyanathan. Noes: None. Abstain:
None. Absent: None. The second reading is
scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
Council meets at 6:45 p.m-, Council Chamber,
Cupertino Community Hah, 10350 Torre Ave-
nue, Cupertino, California. Complete copies are
posted in the Office of the City Clerk. All inter-
ested parties are invited to attend and be
heard. If you wish to challenge the action of
