SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.18-2175
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, August 21, 2018, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the second reading of Ordi-
nance No. 18-2175: "An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino amending
Chapter 19.12 "Administration" and 19.148 "Re-
quired artwork in Public and Private Develop-
ments" to create more opportunities for public
art in new development.' Ayes: Paul, Chang,
Scharf, Sinks, Vaidhyanatban. Noes: None. Ab-
stain: None. Absent None. This ordinance was
enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days
from that date. A coin fete copy is posted in
the Office of the City Clerk. if you wish to chal-
lenge the action of the City Council in court,

or someone else raised at
