SECOND READING ORDINANCE N0,18-2114
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, July 3, 201B, the Cupertino City Coun-
cil conducted the second reading of ordinance
No. 18-2174: "Art Ordinance of the City Council
Of the City of Cupertino amending Chapter 3.12
of the Municipal Code to provide for the collec-
tion of transient occupancy taxes from short-
term rentals using internet-based/social me-
dia platforms". Ayes: Paul, Chang, Scharf,
Vaidhyanathan. Noes: None. Abstain: None.
Absent: sinks. This ordinance was enacted and
will go into effect thirty (30) days from that
date. A complete copy is posted in the Office
of the City Clerk. If you wish to challenge the
action of the City Council in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing de-
scribed in this notice, or in written correspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino City
Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing. IMPOR-
