ACCEPI'ING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR roBLIC Ul'ILITY roRroSES ~
DEANZA WESTERN PRO£>.ta<!'.!LS LOCATED ON SO. DEANZA BOUI.E\/ARD;
OJNSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0034 ACRE
WHEREAS, DeAnza Western Properties has executed a Grant of Easement
For Public utility Purposes which is in good and sufficient form,
conveyin;J to the city of CUpertino, County of santa Clara, state of
California, easement over certain real property for public utility
purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, m:>re particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0034 acre located on So. DeAnza Boulevard.
NCM, 'IHEREFu1<I!;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so ten:1ered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the city Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property aituate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
That portion of the 0.287 acre parcel shown on that certain Record of Survey
filed in Book 110 of Maps at page 26, Santa Clara County Records lying easterly
of a line parallel with and distant westerly 63.00 feet measured at right angles
from the monumented centerline of De Anza Boulevard; as shown on the attached
plat which is by this reference made a part hereof.
Containing 0.0034 acres, more or less.
Together with a twenty-five foot (25') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility easement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which is by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.0287 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
