years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and publisher
of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the English
language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as

FY 2D18-19 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular
meeting on Tuesday, July 3, 2DI8, the City of
Cupertino City Council will conduct a public
hearing regarding the 2018.19 CDBG Annual Ac-
tion Plan. The City of Cupertino City Council
meets at 6:45 p.m., City of Cupertino Communi-
ty Hall, 10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA
95014. Interested parties are invited to attend
and be heard. The 2018-19 Annual Action Plan
is a one-year plan which describes CDBG eligi-
ble programs, prolects, and activities to be un-
dertaken with funds expected during the FY
2018.19 (July 1, 2018-June 30. 2019) and their re-
lationship to the priority housing, homeless,
and community development needs of the
City. Federal regulations require that the 2018-
19 Annual Action Plan be made available in
public locations for community review for thir-
ty days. The 2018-19 Annual Action Plan was
