years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled

English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 18-2173
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, April 17, 2018, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the second reading of Ordi-
nance No. 18-2173: "An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino Amending sec-
tion 2.48. of Title it of the Cupertino Municipal
Code Pertaining to the Approval of Plans and
Designs for Public Improvements and Updating
the Organizational Structure of the Depart-
ment of public Works". Ayes: Paul, Sinks,
Chang, Scharf, and Vaidhyanathan. Noes:
None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. This ordi-
nance was enacted and wilt go Into effect thir-
ty (30) days from that date. A complete copy is
posted in the Office of the City Clerk. If you
wish to challenge the action of the CityCouncil
in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in
written correspondence delivered to the City
of Cupertino City HaR at, or prior to, the public
hearing. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be ad-
vised that pursuant to Cupertino Municipal
Code 2.08.100 written communications sent to
the Cupertino City Council, Commissioners or
City staff concerning a matter on the agenda
are included as supplemental material to the
agendized item. These written communica-
