at all times hereinafter mentioned afFant was and still is a citizen
of the United States, over the age of eighteen years, and not a
party to or interested in the above entitled proceedings; and was
at and during all said times and still is the principal clerk of the
printer and publisher of the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper
of general circulation printed and published daily in the City of San
Jose, County of Santa Clara, State of California as determined by
the court's decree dated June 27, 1952, Case Numbers 84096
and 84097, and that said San Jose Mercury News is and was at
all times herein mentioned a newspaper of general circulation as
that term is defined by Sections 6000; that at all times said
newspaper has been established, printed and published in the
said County and State at regular intervals for more than one year

FISCAL YEAR 2018.19 FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, April 17, 2018, the Cupertino City
Council will conduct a public hearing to con-
sider amending the Fiscal Year Fiscal Year
2018-19 Fee Schedule- Council meets at 6:45
p.m., Council Chamber, Community Hall, 10350
Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California. Interest-
ed parties are Invited to attend and be heard.
A copyy of the proposed Fee Schedule will be
availaple beginning April 6, 2018, for public re-
view from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays (un-
til 4:30 p.m. on Fridays) at City Hall,10300 Torre
Avenue. If you wish to challenge the City Coun-
cil's action in court, you may be limited to rais-
ing only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to,
the public hearing. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please
be advised that pursuant to Cupertino Munici-
pal Code 2.08.100 written communications sent
or city staTr concerning a matter on the agen-
da are included as supplemental material to
the agendized item. These written communica-
tions are accessible to the public through the
City's website and kept in packet archives. You
are hereby admonished not to include any per-
sonal or private information in written commu-
nications to the City that you do not wish to
make public; doing so shall constitute a waiver
of any privacy rights you may have on the in-
