The City Council of the City of Cupertino will consider an amendment of the Policy and
Procedures Manual for Administering Deed Restricted Affordable Housing Units ("Manual")
on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 6:45 p.m, at Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Avenue.
The City's Manual serves as the day-to-day operational administrative manual for Below Market
Rate ("BMR") units created by the City's Housing Mitigation Program. Periodically language in
the Manual is reviewed to improve implementation, follow regional best practices, and conform
to legal standards. In addition, minor corrections and edits have been made for consistency,
readability, or clarifications.
Please note that any written comments on this item sent to the City are accessible to the public
through the City's website and retained in packet archives. Please do not to include personal or
private information that you do not wish to make public, doing so, constitutes a waiver of
arty privacy rights that you have on the information
