am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

The City Council of the City of Cupertino will conduct a public hearing to consider FY 2018-19 Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Below Market Rate (BMR) Affordable Housing Fund (AHF), and General
Fund Human Service Grants (HSG) Program funding allocations on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. An annual Notice of
Funding Availability (NOFA) and Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on December 11, 2017 inviting applicants to
apply for CDBG, BMR AHF, and HSG funding allocations for FY 2018-19. The NOFA / RFP deadline ended on February
16, 2018. The Housing Commission held a public hearing on March 22, 2018 to rate and rank applications. The agenda
for the proposed amendment will be available on the Friday preceding the meeting and may be subject to change.
Please note that any written comments on this item sent to the City are '
accessible to the public through the City's website and retained in packet SAVE THE
ATE
archives. Please do not to include personal or private information that you do
not wish to make public; doing so, constitutes a waiver of any privacy rights City Council
