Dated: April 6, 2018 Public Notice Advertising Clerk Legal No. 0006130048 r 13P315 0717117 CITY OF C UP E.RTI N O The City Council of the City of Cupertino will conduct a public hearing to consider FY 2018-19 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Below Market Rate (BMR) Affordable Housing Fund (AHF), and General Fund Human Service Grants (HSG) Program funding allocations on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. An annual Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on December 11, 2017 inviting applicants to apply for CDBG, BMR AHF, and HSG funding allocations for FY 2018-19. The NOFA / RFP deadline ended on February 16, 2018. The Housing Commission held a public hearing on March 22, 2018 to rate and rank applications. The agenda for the proposed amendment will be available on the Friday preceding the meeting and may be subject to change.
