I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. i am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

FIRST READING ORDINANCE No. 18-2171
IuOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday. February 6, 2018. the Cupertino City
Council conducted the first reading of Ord-
nance No. 18-2171: "An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino amending reg-
ulations in Title 2, Administration and Person-
nel of the Municipal Code Chapter 2.80, to al-
low up to six (6) members for the Fine Arts
Commission." Ayes: Paul, Chang, Scharf, Sinks,
and Vaidhyanathan. Noes: None. Abstain:
None. Absent: None. The second reading is
scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2o18.
Council meets at 6:45 p.m., CauncJ Chamber,
Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave-
nue, Cupertino, California. Complete copies are
posted in the Office of the City Clerk. All inter-
ested parties are invited to attend and be
heard. If you wish to challenge the action of
the City Council in court, you may be limited to
raising andyy those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
