years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.

circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 17-2170
NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, January 16, 2018, the Cupertino City
Council conducted the second reading of Ordi-
nance
No. 17-2170: An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino amending
Chapter 19.08, Definitions and Chapter 19.112,
Accessory Dwelling Units in R-1, REIS, A and A-1
Zones (Residential Zoning Districts) to con-
form to new state laws." Ayes: Paul, Chang,
Scharf, Sinks, and Vaidhyanathan. Noes: None.
Abstain: None. Absent: None. This ordinance
was enacted and will go into effect thirty (30)
days from that date. A complete copy is post-
ed in the office of the City Clerk. If you wish to
challenge the action of the City Council in
court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the pub-
ic hearing described in this notice, or in writ-
ten correspondence delivered to the City of
Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the public
hearing.
