RESOLUTION NO. 1347
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
APPLICANT: Tandem Computer

PROTECT LOCATION: Corner of Tantau and Forge Drive
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. Tandem Building 216 is difficult to locate from Tantau Avenue. The
proposed sign will facilitate public convenience in located the
building, consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance.
2. The proposed sign is consistent with the overall sign concept for the
Tandem Computer "campus" and will not be visually obtrusive.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Packet A of Application 51,673.1 except
as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The applicant shall submit an ASAC application form signed by the
property owner prior to issuance of building permits.
11) Exhibits F-1, F-3, and A-1 are referenced for informational purposes
only. The signs contained in those exhibits were previously
approved under Application ASAC 51,759.1.
12) The proposed sign shall not be located in the public right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
