RESOLUTION NO. 1345
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN EXCEPTION
TO A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL CENTER
APPLICANT: Le Boulanger (Cal -Neon Signs)

PROTECT LOCATION: 20363 Stevens Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The angled lettering complies with 18 -inch high maximum letter size
provision of the approved sign program for the center.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,757.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) This exception is limited to Le Boulanger and may not be transferred
to another tenant.
11) All other provision of ASAC Resolution 1294 not modified by this
resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
