RESOLUTION NO. 1344
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REMENDING APPROVAL OF
APPLICANT: Tin -Tin Supermarket

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. This application is consistent with the sign program approval granted
under ASAC Resolution 1017.
2. Additional landscaping will help relieve the sign's stark appearance.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,756.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The landscaping in the planter surrounding the sign shall be
restored with shrubs which will obtain a height of approximately six
feet. Shrubs shall be placed in the bare areas around the sign. A
landscape plan shall be submitted to staff for approval prior to
issuance of building permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
