RESOLUTION NO. 1342
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING SIGN PROGRAMS
FOR FIVE (5) INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

PROTECT LOCATION: North corner of Tantau
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign programs are consistent with the intent of the Sign
Ordinance.
2. The proposed freeway -oriented sign at 10400 Ridgeview Court is a
corporate identification sign not specifically intended for
advertising and, thus, is consistent with Sign Ordinance Section
17.28.050.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Packet A of Application ASAC 51,759.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) No signs shall be located within the public right-of-way.
11) The off -site sign located at the corner of Tantau and Forge Drive is
not approved. Said sign shall be resubmitted for a sign exception
application if the applicant elects to pursue the sign approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
