HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1341ASAC 51,758.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1341 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL C TTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT APPLICANT: Seven Springs (Gregory Group) PROPERTY OWNER: Seven Springs (Gregory Group) APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 220-C Twin Dolphin Drive Redwood City, CA 94065 PROJECT LOCATION: Southeast Corner of Rainbow Drive & Upland Way FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Co mnittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The signs are consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits F-1, F-2 and F-4 of Application ASAC 51,758.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Approval of Exhibit F-2 is for delineation of sign locations only. The wall and landscaping shown is not approved under this application.
