HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1340ASAC 51,760.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1340 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SIGN PROGRAM APPLICANT: Ritz Camera (Wade McClure) PROPERTY OWNER: Allen Byer APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1026 San Miguel Road Concord, CA 94518 PROJECT LOCATION: 20680 Stevens Creek The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed sign program amendment is necessary to enhance public convenience in locating a tenant space with minimal visibility to a public street, consistent with the objectives of the Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 and Staff Exhibit of Application 51,760.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Applicant shall obtain signature of property owner approving this sign application prior to issuance of sign permits. 11) This sign may only be used by Ritz Camera and is not to be transferable to another tenant. All other tenants affected by Condition 13 of Resolution 1049 shall be subject to the sign program limitations specified within said Resolution. 12) All provision of Resolution 1049 not amended by conditions contained herein shall remain in full force and effect.
