The requested color is used in the corporate logo and is necessary to maintain customer identification. 2. The exception will not compromise the aesthetics of the center. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of Application 51,755.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
