OF THE ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL (XMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A
MODIFICATION TO A SIGN PROGRAM

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed building mounted sign will facilitate public covenience
in locating the organization, consistent with the intent of the Sign
Ordinance.
2. The sign size is consistent with Sign Ordinance guidelines for
cc ercial signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B, B-1, F-i, and F-2 of
Application ASAC 51,703.11 except as may be amended by Conditions
enumerated herein.
10) All provision contained within ASAC Resolution No. 1309 shall remain
in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Carrrmittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
