OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNLLTI'
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING SEVEN
PERMANI T WINDOW SIGNS FOR AN EXISTING LIQUOR
STORE WITHIN A SHOPPING CENTER.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The signs are consistent with Sign Ordinance provisions pertaining to
window signage.
2. The storefront is located a minimum of 250 feet from the nearest
street; thus, the signs will be not be highly visible to the general
public.
3. The signs are of a limited size and are not obtrusive or overwhelming.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,753.1
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Any temporary window signs may be displayed for maximum period of 30
days. All other types of temporary signs or displays shall be
consistent with Sign Ordinance requirements and shall be approved by
staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1987, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
