RESOLUTION NO. 1333
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING THE REMOVAL OF
TWO TREES
APPLICANT: OAK MEADOWS HOA
PROPERTY OWNER: OAK MEADOWS, HOA/DONNA & RONALD SUPINGER
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2901 MOORPARK AVENUE
SAN JOSE, CA 95128
PROJECT LOCATION: 10142 FIRWOOD/22811 LONGDOWN AVENUE
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The removal of the trees is necessary for the safety of the
homeowners.
2. The tree removal is consistent with the guidelines established within
the Tree Ordinance for tree removal.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 of Application ASAC 51,749.1 and
the letter from John A. Stepp dated 8/25/87 except as may be amended
by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The applicant shall plant one oak tree to replace the oak approved
for removal. The tree shall be a minimum size of 15 gallons.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1987, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Conmiittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
