RESOLUTION NO. 1332
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COM ITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A NEW GAS STORAGE
ENCLOSURE, MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING STORAGE
ENCLOSURE, AND ASSOCIATED SITE MODIFICATIONS.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The enclosure materials will be consistent with materials utilized
on the existing development.
2. The new enclosure will be adequately screened from Highway 280 and
will not be visually obtrusive and out of character with the
existing project.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 and B-1 of Application 28-U-80
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
