RESOLUTION NO. 1330
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR TWO EXISTING INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

PROJECT LOCATION: 10430 North Tantau Avenue
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign program is consistent with the dimensional criteria
specified within the Sign Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits L -1, F -1, F-2, L-2, F-3, L-3, F-4,
F-5, F-6, F-7, and Info 1 of Application ASAC 51,748.1 except as may
be amended by conditions enumerated merated herein.
10) Approved colors are as follows:
1. White background, red reveals and logo, and black copy; or
2. Black background, read reveals and logo, and white copy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
