RESOLUTION NO.1326
OF THE ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING BANK BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The architectural modifications are minor in scope and will complement
the existing structure.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 and B-i of Application ASAC
51,745.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) Trees shall be, provided within the new landscape areas along the
eastern side of the building. The intent is to provide tree
screening of the structure. Final landscape plan shall be approved
by staff prior to issuance of building permits.
11) Materials and colors of the new canopy shall match those of the
existing structure.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
