RESOLUTION NO. 1325
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A GROUND SIGN
FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL CENTER

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The ground sign is consistent with the dimensional criteria specified
by the Sign Ordinance for commercial signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 and F-1 of Application ASAC
51,744.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The tenant panels may be changed assuming the dimensions, copy size,
and colors remain as shown on the approved exhibits. No new panel
may be installed without obtaining a sign permit from the Building
Department.
11) The street address shall be displayed on the ground sign or building
as required by Sign Ordinance Section 17.24.110. Applicant shall
identify location of address prior to issuance of building permits
for the ground sign.
12) Applicant shall add wood trim around both tenant panels prior to
issuance of sign permits.
13) The existing address ground sign shall be removed prior to or con
currently with issuance of sign permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
