RESOLUTION NO. 1324
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING A SECOND BUILDING
MOUNTED SIGN FOR AN EXISTING HOTEL

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The site does not qualify for a second wall sign per Section 17.42.050
of the Sign Ordinance as a ground sign exists on site.
2. The size of the proposed sign greatly exceed the dimensional criteria
specified by the Sign Ordinance for wall signs.
3. The sign has excessive visibility to Highway 280.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
