RESOLUTION NO. 1323
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN
PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application, as amended, is consistent with the intent of the Sign
Ordinance provisions pertaining to commercial signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of Application ASAC
51,740.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Applicant shall implement one of the following alternatives:
A. Remove wall signage and reduce height of ground sign to minimum
necessry to clear existing vegetation.
B. Remove ground signage and consolidate wall signage to reduce
clutter. Revised wall signage configuration shall be approved by
staff prior to issuance of sign permits.
Within 10 working days of adoption of this resolution, applicant
shall notify staff of the option that will be chosen.
11) Applicant shall comply with requirements of this approval by January
1, 1988.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
