RESOLUTION NO. 1322
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SECOND
GROUND SIGN AT AN EXISTING OFFICE COMPLEX

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The sign will facilitate public convenience in locating the
business, consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance.
2. The business has an ususual difficulty in obtaining ample
identification as it is a commercial entity within an office
complex.
3. The approval is for a short, temporary period of time to allow the
applicant to relocate the business.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of Application ASAC
51,624.12 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Applicant shall obtain signature of property owner authorizing
application prior to issuance of sign permits and installation of
sign.
11) This approval shall expire on January 1, 1988. The sign shall be
removed by that date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
