RESOLUTION NO. 1321
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL CENTER

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The modified color palette is consistent with existing sign colors
already installed within the center, and thus encourages uniformity of
appearnce throughout the complex.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,743.1
except as may be modified by conditions contained herein.
10) Condition 10 of ASAC Resolution 855 is hereby amended to provide as
follows:
a) Size = 1 sq. ft. per 1 linear ft. of tenant space frontage
b) Type = Internally lit cabinet above walkway centered over tenant
enrty
c) Color = White background; copy colors rust #2380, Blue #2051 with
copy accent and logo colors Yellow #2016 and Orange #2119
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September,1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
