RESOLUTION NO. 1319
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNIITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL, SITE , AND LANDSCAPING MODIFICATIONS
TO AN EXISTING RESTAURANT BUILDING.

PROJECT LOCATION: North De Anza Boulevard and Hwy 280
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed modifications represent an attractive upgrade of the
facility.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1, L-1, L-2, and the
applicant's letter dated 8/31/87 of Application ASAC 51,739.1 except
as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) Plant materials removed due to poor health shall be replaced with
the indentical plant species. Minimum trees size shall be 15
gallons and minimum shrub size shall be 5 gallons as required by the
General Plan. Plant material used in the built-in entry -way planter
and the ground sign planter may be less than 5 gallon size.
11) The final landscape plan shall be submitted to staff for approval
upon submittal of the improvements for plan check.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
