RESOLUTION NO. 1318
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SATELLITE
DISH ANTENNA FOR AN EXISTING RESTAURANT BUILDING
APPLICANT: Sports City Cafe

PROJECT LOCATION: North De Anza and Hwy 280
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed satellite dish antenna will be adequately screened from
view of De Anza Boulevard by existing trees.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit B of Application ASAC 51,739.1 except
as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The trees which screen the proposed antenna from views from De Anza
Boulevard shall be preserved. Tree trimming shall be approved by
staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
