HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1317ASAC 51,737.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1317 OF THE ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL BUILDING APPLICANT: Wade McClure PROPERTY OWNER: Stevens Creek/Cupertino Associates APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1026 San Miguel Road Concord, CA 94518 PROJECT LOCATION: 20745 Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The sign program is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance provisions pertaining to commercial signage. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of Application ASAC 51,737.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Sign area shall be reduced to an 8'x 8'dimension. The overall height shall not exceed the height shown on Exhibit F-2. The width of the sign base may be increased to match the width of the sign. 11) The applicant shall add the site's street address to the sign base. 12) The sign background shall be opaque.
