RESOLUTION NO. 1316
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CONIIMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The sign program, as amended, is consistent with the Sign Ordinance
provisions pertaining to commercial signage.
2. A second building mounted sign is warranted since the building is
difficult to for motorists to identify traveling in either direction
on De Anza Boulevard. Further, the site does not qualify for a ground
sign.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, F -1, and F-2 of Application
ASAC 51,735.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) Approval is granted for two indentification signs on the awnings.
The "E R F" signage shall be eliminated.
11) The approval is contingent upon final approval of awnings as shown
on the exhibits.
12) The building's street address shall be added to the exterior of the
building or applied on the window area.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
