RESOLUTION NO. 1315
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AWNING FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING
APPLICANT: Eggroll Fantasy Inc.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The awning design and colors are consistent with the existing building
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A-1, F-1, and F-2 of Application
ASAC 51,735.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated
herein.
10) The signage shown on the aforementioned exhibits is not approved
under this resolution.
11) The awning color shall be dark green. The final color shall be
approved by staff prior to issuance of building permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
