OF THE ARCEIITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNIITIEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A CHANGE OF
FACE FOR AN EXISTING GROUND SIGN

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The ground sign is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance
provisions pertaining to commercial signage.
2. Proposed sign is consistent in size to the sign approved by Resolution
HC -51,283.41.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and F of Application ASAC
51,738.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
