RESOLUTION NO. 1313
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPEFTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN
EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM FOR A SERVICE STATION

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposal is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance
provisions pertaining to service station signage.
2. The modifications comply with the dimensional limitations established
by ASAC Resolution 1219.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,665.11
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPI'ED this 14th day of September, 1987 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
