RESOLUTION NO. 1311
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR AN EXISTING RESTAURANT BUILDING
APPLICANT: Acme Wiley Corporation

PROJECT LOCATION: 20770 Stevens Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application, as conditioned, is consistent with ASAC Resolution
732 which approved a sign exception authorizing two building -mounted
signs.
2. The application is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,736.1
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The 11.25 square foot wall sign shown on the west elevation of the
building is not approved.
11) The two existing building -mounted signs shall be removed prior to or
concurrently with issuance of sign permits for the new signs.
12) Applicant shall obtain signature of property owner authorizing
subject application prior to issuance of sign permits and
installation of signs.
13) One fluorescent window sign is approved under this application. The
sign shall be located in a window on the east side of the building.
The window sign shall not exceed 25% of the area of the window in
which it is located. Plans for the window sign shall be approved by
staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
