RESOLUTION NO. 1310
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNIITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN OFFICE COMPLEX
APPLICANT: American Neon Displays
PROPERTY OWNER: Cupertino City Center Associates
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 810 23rd Avenue
Oakland, CA 94606
PROJECT LOCATION: 20330 Stevens Creek Boulevard
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The sign application, as amended, is consistent with the intent of the
Sign Ordinance provisions pertaining to office signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,647.11
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The applicant is authorized to utilize Blade I or Sign IA, but not
both simultaneously.
11) Unless amended by conditions contained herein, all provisions of
ASAC Resolution No. 1202 shall remain in effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
