HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1308ASAC 51,732.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1308 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A WALL SIGN FOR AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION APPLICANT: Unocal Oil Corporation PROPERTY OWNER: Unocal Oil Corporation APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2175 South California Boulevard Walnut Creek, CA 94596 PROJECT LOCATION: 999 De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The application is consistent with the Sign Ordinance provisions pertaining to coimnercial wall signage. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,732.1 except as may be amended by Conditions contained herein. 10) Any temporary signs without City approval shall be removed or a permit obtained prior to issuance of permits for the wall sign. 11) The wall sign on the south side of the structure is not approved.
