RESOLUTION NO. 1306
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL, SITE, AND LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS
FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING
APPLICANT: Apple Computers
PROPERTY OWNER: De Anza Plaza Associates
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10495 Bandley Drive
PROJECT LOCATION: Northwest corner of De Anza Bouelvard and Stevens
Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application will create attractive modifications to the existing
structure
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits B -1, L -1, and Info 1 of
Application 4-U-82 except as may be amended by conditions contained
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
