The application will create attractive modifications to the existing structure CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits B -1, L -1, and Info 1 of Application 4-U-82 except as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
