OF THE CITY OF CZJPERTINO RECCIDING APPROVAL OF
A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR A VACANT PARCEL,
APPLICANT: Apple Computers, Inc.
PROPERTY OWNER: Apple Cariputers, Inc.
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 20525 Mariani Avenue, Cupertino 95014
PRCITECT LOCATION: West side of De Anza Boulevard, approx. 450 feet
north of Lazaneo Drive
The Architectural and Site Approval Connittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. Given the site's limited frontage, the application will not compromise
the overall informal landscaping character of the N. De Anza Boulevard
corridor.
2. The landscape design will add a focal point to the N. De Anza
Boulevard frontage and an identification element to the emerging
"Apple Ccm iter campus."
CONDITIONS :
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This reccmm�endation of approval is based upon Exhibits L-1 and L-2
of Application 46-U-85 except as may be amended by conditions
herein.
10) Improvement plan for the sidewalk shall be submitted to and approved
by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of building
permits.
11) The property owner shall grant a pedestrian easement over the
sidewalk area to the City. The pedestrian easement shall be
approved by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of bulding
permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
