Boyce, De Anza Ventures APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 810 - 23rd Avenue Oakland, CA 94606 PROJECT LOCATION: 10020 N. De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The sign assists customers in locating the rear entrance of the bank. 2. The sign will not be visible to the public at large. 3. The sign is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit L -1 and Sign No. 4 of Exhibit L-3 of Application ASAC 51,733.1 except as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
